The Marina One project demonstrates MD Engineering’s ability to manage active reinstatement conditions and progress the space toward a cleaner, organised and handover-ready environment.
Team coordination, work area preparation and safety briefing before active site works.
Removal of existing commercial fit-out elements, partitions, ceiling-related items and unwanted materials.
Consolidation, handling and clearing of debris to keep the worksite organised and ready for next-stage works.
Partition-related works, layout separation, drywall preparation and commercial space subdivision support.
DB / TOU installation support, cable pulling, termination, testing and electrical coordination works.
Final clearing, reinstatement close-out and preparation of handover-ready commercial space.
